Meet The Founder
Caroline Magdaleno- an Orange County, CA native - is a business development enthusiast with a keen eye for identifying areas of opportunity. As a natural born networker and connector, she emphasizes organic customer acquisition, proactive relationship management and influential marketing to build fruitful client foundations that lead to referral business. Having a slightly obsessive eye for detail has allowed her to not only effectively strategize but actualize clients objectives. With this mentality, she aligned with associates that instill values and value.
After earning a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Communications with an emphasis in Public Relations, she journeyed into the Fashion Industry with a bold ambition to further develop a distinguished company and also, learn from them. Working for the top fashion retailer in the world- INDITEX, specifically ZARA, she successfully operated and contributed to the financial growth of 12 stores along the West Coast; including South Coast Plaza, refining it to a $25 Million store while leading a team of more than 100 team members. In her role, she was accountable for the overall commercial well-being and logistical development of all departments within the business; including (but not limited to) Sales, Operations, Human Resources and POS/Technology Integrations (including RFID).
In the Real Estate sector, Magdaleno has partnered with a an array of business types within the industry. Her experience includes Developers, Brokerages, and Lenders to- Escrow, Architects, Service providers and everything in between. From the years served on the Board of Directors for the National Association of Hispanic Relators (NAHREP) San Diego, she gained a vast knowledge in the non-profit sector. Her responsibilities ranged from fundraising, event planning and marketing to community outreach and creating relevant value for sponsor partnerships.
Additionally, she has worked with global entities, assisting national brands introduce and build their presence within the United States; among those, a Telecommunications group and a growing Internet Service provider. Having started multiple of her own companies, she understands not only the desire but the dedication required to succeed in any business, and the beauty of collaborations in such space.
FIERRO LLC is named after Magdaleno's mothers maiden name and is dedicated to all of the savvy women all over the world. FIERRO, translated from Spanish, signifies Iron - [ahy-ern] : great strength, hardness or determination. {Merriam-Webster}
